Is there a minimum shipment size or weight to work with Raga Shipping?
Absolutely no minimum! Whether you have one single carton, a pallet, an LCL shipment of 2 CBM, or 50 full containers for a project cargo, we treat every shipment with the same professionalism and give you the best possible rate. Many of our long-term clients started with just one small box.
How fast can I receive a freight quotation?
In most cases, within 30–60 minutes during working hours and maximum 4 hours outside working hours (including weekends). Just fill the online quotation form or send us a simple WhatsApp/Telegram message with basic details (POL, POD, commodity, weight/volume, and ready date) and our pricing team will reply with multiple routing options + all-inclusive rates.
Do you really provide true Door-to-Door service worldwide?
Yes, 100% genuine Door-to-Door. We pick up from the supplier’s factory or warehouse anywhere in China, Europe, USA, Turkey, India, Korea, Southeast Asia, etc., handle export customs, ocean freight, import customs clearance, and deliver directly to your final warehouse or project site — all under one contract and one single point of contact. You don’t need to coordinate with ten different parties.
Can you transport dangerous goods (DG) and IMO-classified cargo?
Definitely — this is one of our strongest specialties. Our in-house IMDG-certified team successfully handles all 9 classes of dangerous goods daily (chemicals, batteries, paints, flammable liquids, gases, explosives for mining, etc.). We prepare full DG declarations, secure special vessel approvals, and ensure 100% compliance with IMO, port, and destination-country regulations.
What happens if the vessel is delayed or there are port congestions?
Your peace of mind is our priority.
We proactively monitor every sailing and warn you in advance if any delay is expected.
All demurrage & detention costs caused by carrier delays are on us (not passed to you).
If the total delay exceeds the agreed grace period, we pay cash compensation according to the terms in our service agreement. More than 95% of our shipments still arrive on or before the original ETA thanks to our smart buffer planning and priority relationships with carriers.
